being mature only works for so long, then all bets are off

I did not get in trouble for throwing mashed potatos at my mother's husband. I got in trouble for teleporting them onto his head. Appearantly, I'm not to force my genetics on his reality. Does anyone else think my mom has been trying to save fruit flies and plankton for waaay too long?
