like. I did it when I was 4. it was fun, idk,I don't remember it. But it is kicking my ass!! and I'm not out of shape!

it's a lot of fun and the ladies in my class are great (some are even in their 60's and 70's but I'm not even the youngest!). but yeah, you gotta be able to count to 8 and that's haaaaaard
