once again, I'm contemplating buying an island. not a large one or one with amenities like shelter. just....a beach. trees. equatorial climate.

do I have that kind of money? no.

I've actually got a decent amount of savings and investments. I've worked here a while and technically don't have a ton of expenses. well. clothes. but I guess I can suffer for a minute if it means owning property
