Though it hardly seems politic to say at this point, given all the comments, yes, I probably could serve mice any number of ways including soup form if the occasion demanded it.
But I won't. Because mice are small and tough to debone. Rats would be better.
Why not? Rats are perfectly respectable meat. You were just asking me to make mice soup, why not rat soup? No fair asking me to make something you won't eat. It's that kind of thing that will get you served liver and sprouts for a month, missy.
