why is it that everyone seems to hate Piotr and not Pete? I'm not saying people should hate Pete, but he kinda brought those baddies here 2 weeks ago and Piotr made a mistake in his past too. And no one stormed the school for it. I don't see why he is being villanized.

yeah...he was rude to Amanda, but so many people have been mean to him, he wasn't trying to be so mean to her, her comment was the straw that broke the camels back or whatever.

so, can people calm down, start apologizing and being nice again? please? I want all my friends to stop fighting.

Attacks do not have to be physical in order to be wrong.

The teachers do help us. I could start naming people who have helped me since I accepted this responsibility, if you like, but it would be a very long list and I don't want to bore you. Piotr, as you have pointed out yourself, is dating a teacher. I refuse to believe that he was not recieving help, and if he wasn't, that he was not fully capable of asking for it.

How about this, since you seem to keep missing my point - okay. Let's operate under the assumption that he is a student. No more, no less.

and obviously, Mr. Marko could hold his own against Piotr, which I doubt many could do. Their fight may have been a SAFER alternative.

so destroying millions of dollars of public property and making humans hate us more is okay as long as they stop Magnet-head or whatever? Surprise, I pay more attention than you might think.

you should find a copy of the xmen code of conduct for me. I have never seen one and therefore don't have any expectations for htem except for those I base on what I see around me.

and from what I see, there is no xmen code of conduct.

I have come to the realization that you couldn't catch a clue if it was glued to your hand. Perhaps, if we were discussing someone who was not your friend but had done the same thing, you would be more willing to listen.

y'know, there were TWO people hurt in this. Amanda and Piotr. He wouldn't have left if he hadn't been hurt.

Now, Amanda has plenty of people standing up for her, as they should. Piotr does not, and he should too. THEY ARE BOTH WRONG. I am not arguing that. I simply think you are unfairly holding him to different standards than everyone else.

I never said I didn't think Amanda was also in the wrong and owed him an apology as well.

However.

Piotr's comments were a LOT further over the line than hers, and he has a position of authority here, whether or not you specifically look at him differently for it.

Shinobi, half of this country has not figured out that manners do not need to be written down to be learned. Why are you surprised that she thinks they need a code of conduct written out on paper or on the computers?
