So, I fell into my itunes (because I am an old fart who still uses itunes...) and I came across a song I LOVED as a teenager. It was so angsty.

And it has not stopped being angsty, but I am not interested in this much emo angst anymore. Thank fuck. As I am approaching 31 (and who the fuck thought I'd live this long? Not me!), I keep feeling nostalgic for the weirdest things, but like...mostly in a "woooow, what was I thinking at 15?" sort of way.



So then, to get out of that maudlin bit, I found some awesome new music! It's Makin' Me Happy!

so, apparently remote pacific islands are expensive.

I don't need a large one. or one with a resort or cottage or whatever built on it.

I just need a small chunk of pure white sand surrounded with blue water with some trees in the middle that is only located with specific geo-coordinates.

Is that too much to ask?

you ever think about what you'd be doing if you weren't a mutant? like, no powers, nothing?

I mean, when I was a kid I wanted to be a dancer or maybe a teacher or a microbiologist for a year in 7th grade. But that was before I turned purple and had to quit dance for fencing and then leave school entirely and ....yeah. I never saw myself as someone tough or a fighter, never saw myself as a PA. And yet here I am.

So where would you be if you weren't a mutant?

I'm lusting over the men's fashion from Top Shop. I need to be a guy again to rock it properly.

But really, how could I NOT look amazing in this?!
