This is what I get for being arms deep in medical stuff while people lose their minds on the journal system. I'm only a few comments in and someone already used flatscan.
The sheer idiocy of that name is staggering. Especially considering the genetic testing for mutation has nothing to do with scanning.
True. I have finished for the day - and my physiotherapist is talking about surgery to properly attach the arm Emma's people have been designing for me, so there's that to celebrate.
I only have the prototype tester arm right now - real one is going to have a lot more functionality once they get the neural interface working. But sure, knock yourself out.
I try to focus on the things with a possibility of change. There's a little too much everything else in all that exchange for any real listening to be done.
Meh. No kidding. While I get to see Moira, the amount of paperwork I need to get taken care of in person makes me want to bathe myself in Jim Beam. There's enough red tape to strangle a giraffe.
Depends on who you ask. I've seen the cut off date for Gen-X as 1980, 1982, or 1984, though generally 1980.
Gen-Y or Millennials (the terms are often used interchangeably though according to the Atlantic Gen-Y is 'Made up') tend to start around 1980 or 1982 and run until 2004.
okay, all respect to Bill Nye, that's not science. That's an arbitrary definition that varies by whomever wants to set it for their own purposes. You cannot site THE MEDIA as a fact.
